Become a Member - Step 1 of 3

The first step of applying online is creating your own artist account. To do so, you will need to proceed to the Apply Online - 2009.  Read the Apply - Competition Open paragraph, download and review the Terms and Conditions of Entry PDF and if you understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Entry, check the Box and click on the apply button.  This will take you through to the Artist Signup area - Become a member - Step 1 of 2.

On this page complete all required fields, which are marked with asterisks (*). It is vital that you supply your correct email address as your password will be sent to this address.

Once you have completed Step 1 of the artist signup, continue through to Step 2 by clicking the “Next Step >>” button at the bottom of the page.

Once again you are required to complete all fields marked with an asterisk (*).  When you have completed the form click the "Sign up >>" button at the bottom of the page to proceed to step 3 of the signup process.

The final step of the signup process is used to enter your payment details.  This form allows you make a payment by either credit card or cheque.  Simply choose your desired payment method from the "Payment Type" field and follow the onscreen instructions.

Payment by Credit Card

Enter your credit card details and click the "Submit Payment" button.  Once the "Submit Payment" button has been clicked a credit card payment transaction will be attempted (this may take up to 30 seconds).  If the payment was successful you will be emailed a receipt and will be able to upload your artworks for judging.

Payment by Cheque

If you opt to pay by cheque you be required to send your payment to the churchie emerging art national exhibition office.  Please follow the onscreen prompts at the bottom of the page for detailed information.

Become a member - Completed

You should now see a page confirming that you have signed up.  This page will also contain brief summary of your payment details.

As you have just signed up you have been automatically logged in. You will see a link has become available in the top menu titled "Artist Centre" - This link provides access to the artist admin area, where you can change your password, upload your artwork, logout etc. Once you have logged out the "Member Centre" link will change to "Member Login", which will allow you to login again using your email and password.
